Italchimica lauches Green Life by Sanitec
The new line of super-concentrated and ready-to-use professional detergents with reduced environmental impact for Facility Management
On the occasion of ISSA Pulire, the benchmark trade fair for the professional cleaning sector, Italchimica presents Green Life by Sanitec, the new line of super-concentrated and ready-to-use detergents dedicated to the facility world.
The range has been developed to combine sustainability, high efficiency and functionality, responding to the needs of facility management operators:
- The super-concentrated line has been developed according to the Ecolabel criteria, with certification currently in progress. It includes a degreaser, glass cleaner, bathroom descaler, floor cleaner and hard surface disinfectant, all available in 1000ml bottles with integrated dosing cap.
- The ready-to-use product line includes a degreaser, glass and multi-purpose cleaner, bathroom descaler and WC gel, floor cleaner and hand soaps in liquid and foam versions. The detergent products in the line are ECOLABEL certified. The different products are available in 750ml bottles or 5L canisters.
The formulas in the Green Life by Sanitec line have been designed to minimise environmental impact, with plant-based ingredients and highly effective cleaning actives developed in Italchimica laboratories, which have been at the forefront of high-performance professional detergent production for over 20 years.
All products in the line comply with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) for cleaning services and have been developed to meet the needs of facility management companies taking part in public tenders. The disinfectant in the range is PMC certified, a requirement that automatically aligns with CAM standards.
The distinctive features of the range:
- Reduced environmental impact
The ready-to-use detergent product line is ECOLABEL certified. The super-concentrated line has been developed according to the Ecolabel criteria, with certification currently in progress. In addition, the bottles contain 30% recycled plastic and the packaging plastic is 100% recyclable. - High performance
The range has been designed to ensure excellent performance, with claims verified and tested against the leading European players in the professional cleaning sector. - Reduced CO2 emissions
The super-concentrated formulas make this possible by reducing storage and transport volumes, while also helping reduce plastic use by enabling the reuse of bottles used for the diluted solution. - The super-concentrated products have use dilutions of 0.5% for daily cleaning and 2% for stubborn dirt. For routine cleaning, just 25 ml of super-concentrated product makes it possible to obtain 5 litres of detergent solution, ensuring economically efficient use over large surfaces.
For example, a 1-litre bottle can produce up to 400 trigger spray bottles of 500ml, making the line particularly advantageous by reducing costs and optimising resources without compromising on performance.
- The bottle for the super-concentrated products integrates a practical graduated “right dose” dosing cap, enabling simple manual dilution without the need for external equipment, ensuring precision and reducing waste.
- Thanks to the use of colour codes identifying the areas of application across the entire Green Life by Sanitec range — both on the label and in the colour of the formula — use is particularly intuitive, simplifying operators’ work.
