Italchimica Professional Academy is launched
Italchimica Professional Academy has been established with the objective of maximising product performance through the application of correct operating procedures.
(Padua, Italy) Italchimica has formalised its internal training processes through the launching of the Italchimica Professional Academy, a reality dedicated to structuring training courses and which is divided into two main areas for the professional detergents market and the mass consumer market.
A programme designed to guarantee constant updating and to improve customer service, favouring the comparison between the sales force on best practices in the Italian and foreign markets. The main objective is to maximise product performance through the application of correct operating procedures.
The first official appointment dedicated to the professional sales division was held a few days ago, with a focus on the kitchen environment, involving the Italchimica sales network both nationally and internationally, Italian and export markets, in an in-depth discussion on topics related to the HoReCa sector. The programme, developed over two days, included sessions dedicated to product knowledge and performance tests, also in comparison with other market players.
‘A valuable opportunity for updating and comparison,’ commented Maurizio Fasoli, Sales Director of the professional area, emphasising the importance of interacting with the different company departments, from research and development to marketing. ‘Numerous useful suggestions emerged to strengthen sales activities and provide an even higher quality of service to our customers.’
Following an anonymous survey of participants, the high level of satisfaction with the quality of the experience and content was unanimous. Alessandro Fioretto, CEO of Italchimica, highlighted the importance of having established an in-house training centre capable of stimulating the acquisition of new skills and helping to preserve and disseminate the company’s know-how. ‘The creation of Italchimica Professional Academy is a fundamental step towards improving our performance in the market.’
The next appointments are scheduled between January and February 2025, with a dedicated focus on the facility and laundry sector.
